Order Invoice
Before placing the order the subscriber can mail or post their selected list of journals to get the pro-forma invoice. The pro-forma invoice carries the terms and conditions with the discounts offer for the institutions.

Purchase order
The purchase order should be issued by the authorized person of the institutions with supporting documents (ie, a covering letter in a letter pad, List of Journals and with the payment). The payment should be made in a single demand draft.

Order Approval
After the receipt of the payment an order conformation letter, a bill copy and receipt will be issued.

Delivery
Once the journals are dispatch the pin number and the tracking link will be sending through your e-mail to track your parcel. The parcel carries the subscription journals, authorized delivery slip and the photo copy of the journals when it was packed. So it shows what is inside the parcel exactly.
